This is a fun and quickly achieved type of embroidery. Create a small latticed sampler of floral images using silk ribbon as your sewing medium. The work grows quickly and very effective and pleasing results can be accomplished. The finished piece can be used as an inset for a cushion or bag or just framed. Some experience of surface embroidery would be useful but a beginners are welcome on this course
